  • 1 in 3 consumers  consider price as the their biggest irritation

How do people expect an improved taxi service with reduced prices. If a taxi is in bad condition report it and stop trying to put the licensed driver out of business who offers the good service.

OneBigSwitch's is about bringing consumers together ("people power") to demand better services & cheaper prices. We would absolutely encourage our members to report poor condition taxis, as well as demand better prices for consumers.

Lots of taxis in bad condition, smell of smoke disgusting and seem to be in about 2 out of 3 I get. Don't feel safe in taxis anymore as some of the drivers are fairly dodgy and some of them don't have a clue of their directions. I used to use taxis a lot now I try any means to avoid using them.

The best way is to come together as consumers & use that "people power" to insist on better services & better prices. Thanks for the feedback!
